Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add yogurt, ¼ cup of peanut butter, protein powder, and maple syrup if using. Mix to combine.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt over the pan, and spread evenly.
  • Using the microwave, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments until it melts. We also suggest microwaving the peanut butter for 20 seconds to soften it up and make it easy to work with but this step is optional.
  • Using a teaspoon, add the peanut butter and melted chocolate one dollop at a time over the yogurt throughout the pan. Using either the spoon or a toothpick create swirls all over the yogurt.
  • Top with crushed almonds or salted peanuts.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm. Break into smaller pieces and enjoy.
