  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  • On a cutting board, cut off the top and bottom of the kiwi.
  • Place the kiwi on one of the cut-sides, then use a knife to cut away the peel in a downward motion, turning it as you go to get the entire kiwi.

How to Cut Kiwi into Slices

  • Place the peeled kiwi on its side and slice rounds, to your desired thickness.

How to Cut Kiwi into Wedges

  • Place the peeled kiwi right side up and cut it vertically.
  • Cut each of the cut pieces, lengthwise in half to cut the kiwi into wedges.

Notes

  • use a sharp knife 
  • If the kiwi is firm when you buy it, leave it on the kitchen counter for 2-3 days. Once its firm to the touch, cut it and eat it or store it in the fridge to prevent it from getting too ripe.
