- 1 Lb Salmon Fillet
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp Ginger Powder
- ¾ Cup Oat Flour
- ¾ Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tsp Italian Herbs Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest zest of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- Sea salt, to taste about 1-2 teaspoon
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2-3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Divided
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Season the salmon with salt and paper and place it into a baking dish. Bake for about 10-12 min, then flake it with a fork.
In a large bowl, combine the salmon with the remaining ingredients, mixing well with your hands.
Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll it into small patties.
Heat about a tablespoon, or more of oil, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon cakes 4 at a time, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crips.
