Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 2/3 Cup Peanut Flour or almond flour
- 5 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 4 Tbsp Honey or Agave
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips Dark
In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Add in the oat flour and peanut flour and stir until a dough forms.
Add in chocolate chips.
Separate the dough into 12 evenly sized balls.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
