Healthy Red Velvet Cupcakes Recipe
These red velvet cupcakes are perfect for any occasion and are high in protein for a guilt-free treat!

- 3/4 Cup Gluten-free Flour
- 1/2 Cup Pureed Beets
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate flavor
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Egg Whole
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar or agave
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
Place the eggs, beets, agave, milk, and vanilla and beat well.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 17-19 minutes.
Let cool before topping with lite cool whip and candies.
