Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Gluten-free Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Pureed Beets
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg Whole
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar or agave
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.

  2. Place the eggs, beets, agave, milk, and vanilla and beat well.

  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 17-19 minutes.

  4. Let cool before topping with lite cool whip and candies.
