An easy-to-make green smoothie recipe that’s made with fresh kale leaves, frozen pineapple, whey protein powder, almond milk, and banana.

- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder vanilla flavor, or plant-based
- 3/4 Cup Pineapple juice (or homemade) you can also use coconut water
- 3/4 Cup Almond milk
- 1 Cup Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 Cup Torn Kale leaves
- 1 Banana
- Optional garnishes: pineapple chunks, mint sprigs
Place the pineapple juice, protein powder, almond milk, banana, pineapple and kale in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired. Serve immediately.
- instead of pineapple juice, use more almond milk or coconut water.
- use fresh kale if possible but you can also use frozen kale.
- instead of whey protein, you can use plant-based protein.
- you can swap the protein powder with Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt.
