The perfect fruit dip to serve your family and make for parties and gatherings to share. You only need 3 ingredients to make this peanut butter honey and apple yogurt dip! It is wholesome, fluffy, protein-packed, and so delicious. I was inspired to create this creamy good peanut butter yogurt dip after I attended a virtual farm tour that was hosted by Stoneyfield Organic. In this tour, we were able to virtually meet the farmers, take a peek at what working on the farm actually looks like, and gain a better understanding of their day-to-day farming, and what it means to be organic and have organic cows.

What it means to be organic

  • Farmers raise their animals without using antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones.
  • Non-GMO ingredients
  • No toxic and synthetic pesticides or antibiotics
  • No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives

Why going organic is an important choice

  • Good for the environment: organic farms do not use petroleum-based fertilizers which then helps reduce carbon footprint and combat climate change.
  • No harmful chemicals: Organic farmers do not use any harmful and toxic pesticides, synthetic hormones, or antibiotics.

Is organic better

Science shows that organic is better and important

  • Crops that are organic in nature have up to 69% higher levels of antioxidants
  • Organic Dairy and meat have 50% higher levels of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids
  • Organic farming increases species diversity by about 30%

What i learned from farmers during my virtual Farm tour

  • A Happy cow is a healthy cow and a healthy cow eats well and in turn makes the most high-quality, nutritious milk possible.
  • The farmers make sure their cows have an active and comfortable life
  • Organic cows only eat organic feed, hay, or pasture.
  • Organic farmers focus on the sustainability of their land and ecosystem
  • Buying Organic means we never have to worry about harmful ingredients being used in the food we eat and feed our family. You get what you pay for.
