Oh Yummy right? I decided to make these because my other cookie dough balls were such a hit. We actually liked these even more. They have the intense taste of peanut butter and No you don’t have to bake them since they have no eggs. They are made of 4 simple ingredients. Please note that the main ingredients are nuts so if you are on a low fat diet this is not for you. Sure they are healthy fats if you are on a low carb diet. Making healthy deserts is kind of hard because they would have to be either high in carbs or high in fat. We don’t bake much at our house because we eat more fruits instead.
It took me a few tries to get the right consistency for these. It all depends on the brand of peanut butter you use. I always use all natural peanut butter. Just know that if the peanut butter is somewhat watery you will need more almond meal. Just add enough till the consistency is thick enough to roll.
* Can store in air tight container and save in fridge
** Depending on which brand of Peanut Butter you use, you may need to add more almond meal if they are too mushy and hard to roll.
