Cookie Dough Ball

Cookie Dough Balls

Serves 4


1 Cup Raw Cashews
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3 Tbs Honey
2 Tb Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet or Dark chocolate Chips

Sprinkles (optional)


Blend cashews and oats until a fine mixture is reached. Then slowly add honey and maple syrup until a ball is formed. Remove from blender and place on parchment paper. Place in fridge for 10mins (this step makes the dough thicker and better to roll). Remove from fridge and roll dough into bite size balls. Add chocolate chips and sprinkles (if using). Enjoy!

    How Many are a typical serving size since the calories are 344 per serving

      Hi Renee. Depending on how big you roll them but about 2 balls if they look as big as mine. smaller ones would be 3 balls per serving. if you try them let me know how they come out!

      Hi! I was able to Roll 10 Big Balls. it should easily make 12 decent size balls. serving size would be 3 balls for the amount per serving. let me know if you try them!

    Can you substitute almonds for cashews?

    What else could be substituted for cashews. With a nut allergy is there a seed that can be substituted?

      Hi there
      I haven’t tried making these with any other nuts. The two that I feel have worked well are almonds and cashew. its something I would have to experiment in. seems like quite a few have nut allergies 🙁 sorry

    I just got all of the ingredients to make this recipe for my sister’s birthday! I was wondering if you soak the cashews before blending them.

      No you don’t have to soak it at all. Place all ingredients and just blend away. very simple

    Hi, I’m so excited to make these. Easy recipe, easy ingredient list. However, do they taste like actual cookie dough? Is the honey and maple syrup taste strong??
